This is a simple divorce process where each couple is in agreement with the terms of the divorce and are both consenting to the divorce in an amicable fashion. This can be a divorce with children or without children. The divorce documents are prepared by our experienced Paralegal team, signed and filed with the Court. Each couple must be separated for at least one year prior to the divorce being able to be finalized. 

The whole process takes approximately 3-4 months, from start to finish. Court filing fees included.
